Membership
By joining the PTA, you help us meet our school's needs that are outside the scope of their budget. You also get great discounts, locally and nationally.
When you go a step further and volunteer to help with events—or join our board—you set a fine example for our students to follow, and greatly encourage our teachers and staff.
Membership fees are:
- $15 per adult—parents, as well as extended family members, friends, and even pets are allowed to join!
- $12 per faculty/staff member
- $10 per student
Your Ardenwood PTA Membership also gives you access to:
- Priority entry to PTA events (early access, express check-in, and/or reserved seating, depending on the event)
- Early sign-up for PTA events (like movie night or science/math night)
- Discounts and freebies on concessions, spirit wear, and more
If I join, do I have to...

Go to meetings?
No, but we would welcome you anytime to our PTA Association Meetings, typically held on the first Tuesdays of September, October, February, April, and May. -
Volunteer or spend a lot of time at school?
Nope! Joining the PTA is not the same as volunteering. If you choose to volunteer we would LOVE the help—but volunteering is not required. Those who volunteer to join our leadership board are able to influence the types of programs we are able to offer.
What does the cost of my membership fee go towards?
The PTA brings academic, social, and financial support to the Ardenwood Elementary students and staff every year. Your membership fee goes towards the costs of bringing these programs to the school community.
Those who volunteer to join our leadership board are able to influence the types of programs we are able to offer. As an example, here is our impact report for the 2023-24 school year:
